Renee Richter and her husband reside in Michigan, where they raised their two adult children. Their
family has since expanded to include a daughter-in-law, two grandchildren, a couple of grandfur babies,
and some chickens. The Richters enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and camping.

Renee balances a full-time career as a nurse with active involvement in her local church. She serves as
an elder and is a member of both the prayer and greeting teams. Renee frequently speaks at her church, leading discipleship classes, women’s events, and Sunday services. She has also co-authored a six-week Bible study on spiritual disciplines titled Taste of Joy, which was self-published, and regularly contributes to her church’s daily devotionals.
